A Knox County man convicted of the 2014 murder of Donald Mills has been granted an unconditional pardon. 


Patrick Brian Baker, 41, was pardoned in one of the final acts by former Governor Matt Bevin on December 6.


Baker was sentenced to 20 years in December 2017.
