30 year old Michael Miguel Bailey has been lodged in the Bell County Detention Center since July 18th on charges of failure to appear in court and violating home incarceration conditions.
On Friday, October 11, 2019 Bailey was served the warrant taken out by Kentucky State Trooper Justin Barton which charges him with: “unlawful use of electronic communications system or other electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities."
The date of the alleged offense is July 17th of this year when the mother of a female juvenile discovered on her daughter’s cell phone inappropriate messages from Michael Bailey to the juvenile.
Bailey had been given no bond on previous charges and was ordered to serve time. The sexual offense carries a $250,000 cash bond. He remains jail in the Bell County Detention Center.
