Pineville Man Charged With Sex Offnses Involving Juvenile

On Monday, August 24, 2026, a Pineville Man identified as 39-year-old Justin Edward Logan was arrested by Bell County Deputy Ryan Sams on a warrant in Middlesboro for sex offenses involving a juvenile.

The complaint warrant, taken out by KSP Trooper Keith Baker, states that Logan is accused of "engaging in sexual intercourse with another person by forcible compulsion."

Additionally alleged is that Logan, "being older than 21," engaged in "deviate" sexual intercourse with one less than 16 years of age on two occasions.

He is also accused of intentionally impeding the "normal breathing or circulations of the blood of another peson applying pressure on the throat or neck of the other person or blocking the nose of mouth of the other person."

The acts are alleged to have taken place between January 1, 2026 and July 17, 2026 in Bell County.

Justin Edward Logan was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center charged with (2) two counts of sodomy - 3rd degree, rape - 1st degree, strangulation - 1st degree (non-domestic violence), and contempt of court.

He is being held on a $250,000 cash bond.
