Runaway Juveniles From Middlesboro Boys Home Being Sought By KSP

Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 10 Troopers are attempting to locate two missing juveniles in Bell County. Post 10 was notified that the two juveniles ran away at approximately 10:55 p.m. on Thursday, May 9.  They escaped from the Middlesboro Group Home. The public should not approach these juveniles if they are seen and immediately notify law enforcement.


The pair may be traveling in a black 2021 Kia Sportage (SUV) with a broken rear window stolen from a Middlesboro residence near the group home.


Jeremiah Fulton, a 17-year-old from Albany, KY, is described as a white male, 5’ 4” tall, approximately 135 lbs., brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a light gray sweatshirt with a hood, light gray sweatpants and black tennis shoes.


Bailin Milliner, a 16-year-old from Shepherdsville, KY, is described as a white male, 5’ 6” tall, approximately 145 lbs., brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a light gray sweatshirt, dark gray sweatpants and black tennis shoes.


Anyone with information regarding the location of either juvenile should contact KSP Post 10 at 606-573-3131 or Middlesboro Police Department at 606-248-2020. Citizens may also report tips confidentially through the KSP website Tip Form.
