Search for Wanted Woman Results in Organized Crime Charges for Five in Middlesboro

On Wednesday, May 20, 2026, Bell County Deputies traveled to 410 27th Street in Middlesboro to apprehend 37-year-old Tina Mullins wanted on an outstanding warrant. While apprehending Mullins inside the residence, suspected Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were seen in plain view. An individual living in the home was asked and gave consent to search the residence.


Tina Mullins was found inside and was secured while Detective Hunter Luttrell obtained a search warrant. Found during the execution of the search warrant were multiple baggies of a white crystal substance believed to be Methamphetamine, scales, baggies regularly used for packaging, pipes with reside, needles capped and uncapped with residue, and cash consistent with trafficking in narcotics.


The Middlesboro Police Department K-9 did an open air search of residence finding additional suspected Methamphetamine.


In total, five other people were inside the residence, all with control and access to the suspected narcotics.


They were identified as 18-year-old Chloe Gibson, 37-year-old Britney Russell, 49-year-old Randy Thacker, 57-year-old Charlie Meyers.


All five were charged with trafficking in controlled substance – 1st degree, 1st offense (greater than 2 grams – Methamphetamine), buying/possessing drug paraphernalia, and engaging in organized crime – criminal syndicate. Tina Mullins was additionally served with her outstanding warrant.


All individuals were transported and lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.
