From The Knox County Ky Sheriff's Department -
At approximately 7:00pm Wednesday evening June 17, 2020 Knox County Sheriff Mike Smith and deputies executed a search warrant as a residence on Ely’s Station Road in Flat Lick.
The residence was inhabited by 58 year old Kenneth Tolliver who was home at the time and was arrested. Also present at the home were 45 year old Tanya R. Simpson of Artemus, 38 year old David Lynn Baker of Kettle Island, and 25 year old Dustin Davis of Gray.
During the search of the residence, deputies located packages of Methamphetamine, suspected Heroin , various drug paraphernalia, and an undisclosed amount of cash.
All four were arrested and lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
Kenneth Tolliver was charged with conspiracy to traffic in a controlled substance – 1st degree, 2nd offense or more – (Methamphetamine).
Tonya Simpson was charged with conspiracy to traffic in a controlled substance – 1st degree - (Methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, and she was served a bench warrant.
Dustin Davis was charged with possession of Marijuana.
David Lynn Baker was arrested on a Knox County bench warrant.
This case is part of ongoing investigations into illicit drug activities and complains in Knox County.
