We are following a report out of Tazewell, Tennessee of a well digging accident that claimed the life of a teenaged juvenile on Wednesday, July 23rd.

Multiple emergency service personnel responded to the scene.

The Tazewell Police Department is conducting a death investigation regarding the incident.

We are deferring to the police department for further information on this tragic accident.
