Wanted Felon Arrested in Bell County For Having A Gun and Over $10,000 In Stolen Property

On Wednesday, July 16, 2025, Bell County deputies arrested a Pineville man wanted on multiple warrants regarding area thefts and a gun charge.
Deputies Keith Fuson, Hunter Luttrell, Chris Owens, Ryan Sams, Samson Churchwell, and Sgt. Jody Risner, acting on outstanding warrants and social media posts from neighbors on Highway 92, arrested 40-year-old Joseph Levi at his home on Limestone Road.
Levi was wanted for charges lodged on May 8, 2025, for receiving stolen property by having possession of industrial wiring from a coal mine area in Knox County valued in excess of $10,000, possession of controlled substance – 1st degree, 1st offense (Methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence by cutting the stolen wiring and burning the coating, and being a convicted felon and being in possession of a shotgun.Â
He was also served with failure to appear warrants issued in November of 2023.
Joseph Levi is lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.
