Wanted Man Found With Drugs Adding More Charges To His Arrest List

On Wednesday November 19, 2025, at 7:30pm Bell County Deputies Ryan Sams, Samson Churchwell, Chris Owens, Keith Fuson, and Sgts. Austin Poindexter and Jody Risner, arrived at a Jerry Partn Lane address camper in regard to outstanding warrants being served on 46-year-old Brian S. Partin of Middlesboro.


Upon a woman opening the front door to the camper, deputies saw needles on the couch. After further searching deputies located multiple clear baggies containing a crystal-like substance believed to be Methamphetamine and others contain a brown substance believed to be Heroin.


Brian Partin was arrested and lodged in the Bell County Detention Center charged with possession of controlled substance - 1 degree, 1st offense (Methamphetamine), possession of controlled substance - 1 degree, 1st offense (Heroin), and buying/possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also served a parole violation, contempt of court, and non-support warrant.
