From WRIL -
A Whitley County man who accidentally struck and killed his 6-year-old niece in February, will not face a manslaughter charge brought against him.

Whitley County Coroner Andy Croley pronounced the child dead at Baptist Health in Corbin.
While Mullins was released from the Whitley County Detention Center on Monday the 16th, he will still face the DUI charge 1st offense.
