From The Bell County Sheriff's Department -
On Wednesday, September 23, 2020 Bell County Sgt. Patrick Brooks was dispatched to a Mill Creek Road residence to assist Probation and Parole officers.
Upon making contact with officers Brad Southern and Cody Thompson, the sergeant was advised the men had gone to the home in reference to 47 year old Timothy Jay Brock of Pineville absconding from felony probation.
After making contact with Brock, consent was given to search his bedroom and Officer Thompson located a quantity of a green leafy substance believed to be Marijuana bagged separately, a small plastic baggie containing a white crystal residue believed to be Methamphetamine, a .22 caliber handgun and ammunition, along with a digital scale, glass pipes, and rolling papers.
Timothy Jay Brock was arrested and lodged in the Bell County Detention Center charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of controlled substance - 1st degree, 1st offense (Methamphetamine), trafficking in Marijuana - 1st offense less than 8 ounces, possession of Marijuana, buying/possessing drug paraphernalia, and he was served a probation violation.
