From the Knox County Ky Sheriff's Department -
On Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at approximately 10:45 am Knox County Deputy/School Resource Officer Keith Liford observed a vehicle pull into the parking lot of the Flat Lick Elementary School.
The female driver and two young children got out of the vehicle. Deputy Liford could see by her actions she was under the influence. After making contact with the female, he determined she was under the influence.
Deputy Liford arrested 27 year old Lena Faye Hodge of Flat Lick, KY charging her with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence and Prescription Controlled Substance Not in Proper Container. Lena Hodge had two other smaller children inside the vehicle.
Deputy/SRO Liford also charged her with 4 counts of Wanton Endangerment-2nd Degree.)
She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
The two younger children were released to a family member.
