Bell County search warrant executed in Balkan - three arrested

Timothy Jackson - BCDC

On Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at 8:47pm Bell County Sheriff’s Deputies executed a search warrant at a home on Balkan Road.


Bell County Deputy Adam Southern states that during the search, 45 year old Timothy Jackson of Pineville was found to be in possession of distribution bags the same color as others found at a previous stop earlier in the day. The bags contained possible Methamphetamine. The individual in the earlier stop stated he obtained bags of that color from Jackson.


Also found were other bags containing crystal residue believed to be Methamphetamine, a syringe, and digital scales.


Timothy Jackson was taken into custody and charged with trafficking in controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense less than 2 grams – Methamphetamine, buying/possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of Marijuana, and he was served an outstanding warrant for burglary – 2nd degree. He is being held on a $10, 000 bond.

Also at the home at the time of the search was 67 year old Joel Warren of Pineville who was found to have an outstanding warrant along with 40 year old Franklin Wade Carter of Miracle, Ky. Carter had two warrants for his arrest.


Both men were lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.
