From the Bell County Sheriff's Department -
Bell County Deputy Major Edwards responded to an early morning robbery at a gas station off of Highway 119 near the Blackmont community at 5:00am Sunday morning, July 17, 2022.
Once on scene at Howard's Fuel Station, Deputy Edwards made contact with the male clerk who stated a masked male entered the store armed with a knife. The individual only stole the money from the register and then fled the business traveling in an unknown direction. No vehicle description was given and the clerk was not harmed in this incident.
