Judge Robert Costanzo swears in Edward Dray III

Edward Dray III has joined the Bell County Sheriff's Department.

Dray was sworn in as a deputy on Monday July 15, 2019 by the honorable Judge Robert Costanzo.


Dray was most recently employed as an officer with the Middlesboro Police Department and became a PTO (police training officer) in 2018. He also holds certification as a DRE (drug recognition expert) and has Department of Criminal Justice Training.


Edward attended Eastern KY University and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice and acquired his Masters Degree in Education at Lincoln Memorial University in 2017.


Edward also served our country as a US Army Captain in 2011 in Iraq.


Sheriff Mitch Williams and the staff at the Bell County Sheriff's Office welcome Deputy Dray. The sheriff feels that he will be an asset to the citizens of Bell County.
