A Laurel County man was charged with child porn charges after police conducted an undercover investigation.
Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested 28-year-old Andrew J. Dick Thursday and charged him with 10 counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance.
The KSP Electronic Crime Branch said its investigation began after discovering Dick uploaded files of child porn online.
Police raided Dick's home in London and seized equipment allegedly used in the crime.
The equipment was taken to KSP's forensic laboratory for examination.
Dick was taken to the Laurel County Detention Center.
The investigation is ongoing.
