Just in - regarding the Bell County Detention Center Per a conversation between Bell County Judge Executive Albey Brock and Secretary of Governor Beshear's Cabinet J. Michael Brown: Mr. Brown has stated that the order to close the Bell County Detention Center will not be enforced and that the facility has (30) thirty days to complete the on-going work to be done on the smoke evacuation system. More information is expected to be released either later this evening or tomorrow.
