Community Action Agencies are providing Disaster Case Management to Kentuckians impacted by the Western Kentucky December 2021 Tornados or Eastern Kentucky July 2022 Flooding.
Disaster Case Management is a time limited resource and process that involves a partnership between a disaster case manager and a household impacted by a disaster. Case managers will assist households in coordinating necessary services and resources to address disaster recovery needs.
