Early Saturday morning March 9, 2019 Kentucky State Police arrested a Hulen Kentucky man on a sexual offense charge.
Booked into the Bell County Detention Center was 43 year old Jefferey Stevens. Stevens is charged with incest – forcible compulsion/incapable of consent under the age of 18 years old.
The complaint warrant taken out on Tuesday March 5th by Trooper Keith Baker states that on January 23, 2019 Jefferey Stevens being related to the victim age 14 on or about this date having sexual intercourse and/or deviate sexual intercourse with her.
Stevens is being held on a cash bond of $250,000.
