Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on March 30, 2019 at approximately 4:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested Curtis McKiddy, 48 of South Highway 421.
The arrest occurred at Advent Health Manchester when Deputy Edwards was notified of a individual exposing himself to a employee.
Once contact was made with McKiddy Deputy Edwards determined he was under the influence. Assisting at the scene was Manchester City Police Officer Ryan Jackson.
Curtis McKiddy was charged with: • Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol) • Indecent Exposure, 2nd Degree
He was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
