Jacksboro Tennessee Man Pleads Guilty to Sexual Offenses Involving a Juvenile - Sentenced

In March of 2025 we reported that then 29-year-old Brandon Michael Hale of Jacksboro was being investigated for sexual offenses.

Claiborne County Detective Niki McGeorge along with Investigator Brianna Green from the Department of Children Services, became familiar with sexual abuse incidents involving Hale and a female juvenile.

Through the investigation, victim’s statement, and home video footage, it was determined that in the early morning hours of December 21, 2024, Hale allegedly subjected a 12-year-old female to sexual contact on three separate occasions within the same incident and additionally a fourth incident involving sodomy. 

During the incidents, the victim stated she did try to push Hale away denying the contact.

At the time, Brandon Hale was arrested and lodged in the Claiborne County Jail charged with (4) four counts of Rape of a child, Aggravated attempted rape, and Aggravated sexual battery.

On March 30, 2026, Hale pled guility to Aggravated Sexual Battery and was given a (20) twenty-year sentence at 100%. Once released from incareration he will remain on the lifetime sex offender registry, and have lifetime community supervision.
