From The Middlesboro Police Department -
Missing juvenile Haley Matlock age 14, went missing from her residence at Happy Hollow Apartments in Middlesboro on April 2, 2022 and are seeking assistance from the public in locating Ms. Matlock.
She is described as 5’3” 120lbs, her hair is dyed bright red. She was last seen wearing a dark hoodie and blue jeans.
