Missing Bell County Teen Located Safe By Sheriff's Department

The Bell County Sheriff's Department has announced that Saturday morning June 8, 2024, Bell County Chief Deputy Jared Smith and Deputy Hunter Luttrell located and made contact with 18-year-old Arabella Desera Roy. Arabella is safe and her mother has been informed of her being found.

The former Bell County student had been missing since November 9, 2023, after just getting off the school bus in Middlesboro. At the time her mother stated she felt Arabella was in imminent danger due to a condition requiring medication which she did not have with her.

The sheriff's department is also thanking the public for the mutliple tips submitted to their agency during the search for Ms. Roy.
