Pennington Gap, Virginia - March 27, 2024 - Officers Eads and Collins of the Pennington Gap Police Department responded to a call reporting suspicious activity at Farmers and Miners Bank. Their diligent work resulted in the apprehension of Thomas Ray Houston Jr.
During the investigation, Officers Eads and Collins discovered substantial evidence linking Mr. Houston to multiple serious offenses.
Mr. Houston has been charged with the following:
Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule 1 and 2 Substances (x3)
Possession of Stolen Firearms (x2)
Possession of a Firearm While in Possession of Schedule 1 and 2 Substances
Possession of Schedule 4 Substances

Mr. Houston is currently in custody at Duffield Regional Jail pending further legal proceedings.
