A Pineville man charged with first degree sexual abuse and first degree sodomy involving an underaged individual will be back in Bell County circuit court Monday March 4th for a pre-trial conference.
After receiving information from a complaint in regards to a possible sexual offense, the Bell County Sheriff’s Department arrested 68 Arnold Fuson of Pineville on Saturday February 17, 2018.
The warrant charged Fuson with the offenses allegedly taking place from June of 2016 to December of 2017.
Fuson was arrested and lodged in the Bell County Detention Center on a $250,000 bond, but had it reduced to $100,000 property bond on March 14, 2018. He was released and placed on 24/7 home incarceration to have no contact or communication with the victim. There is also a 500ft restriction enacted and he must ask the court’s permission for any appointments to leave his home.
