A man just recently released on bond on Christmas from jail finds himself in trouble again days later.
Middlesboro Officer Michael Bradley arrested 29 year old Derrick Allen Jennings of Louisville, Kentucky a short time before 11am on Sunday December 30th.
A Walmart loss prevention officer reported to Officer Bradley that Jennings concealed $119.65 worth of merchandise inside a backpack and then left the store. Walmart had a no trespassing notice in effect for Jennings from an incident in 2009.
Derrick Jennings was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center charged with theft by unlawful taking under $500, and criminal trespassing – 2nd degree. He is being held on a $2,500 cash bond.
Jennings was arrested by Officer Joel Quillen on December 16th for his role in a Middlesboro burglary with another man.
