Three arrested in Williamsburg stemming from one traffic stop

From The Williamsburg Police Department -

On Saturday, February 1, 2020 at approximately 12:34am, Officer Justin Taylor conducted a traffic stop on South 2nd Street, on a white passenger car after failing to signal leaving Grumpys BP.

A consent search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of suspected crystal methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. 44 year-old Simon Bowman of Williamsburg, KY was arrested and charged with Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (meth), Drug paraphernalia, Failure to signal, and No operators license.


Also arrested was 22 year-old Demetria Huddleston of Williamsburg, KY. She was charged with Drug paraphernalia.


Further investigation from the traffic stop led officers to a residence on South 2nd Street, where officers discovered additional suspected crystal meth and other illegal substances. 41 year-old Tracie Rhodes was arrested and charged with Prescription controlled substance not in proper container, Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (meth), Possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree, Possession of marijuana, and Drug paraphernalia.


Detective David Rowe and Officer Eddie Cain assisted with the arrests.
