From The Laurel County Sheriff's Department -
Sgt. John Inman along with Deputy Shannon Jones, Deputy Gary Mehler, and CSO Judy Morgan arrested 45 year old Michael L. Sizemore of Keavy early Saturday morning August 17, 2019 at approximately 12:17 AM off of Parker Road.
Deputies responded to a disturbance complaint there and learned through investigation that there were outstanding warrants on Sizemore. He was charged on a Knox District Court warrant of arrest for burglary - second-degree and attempted rape -first-degree.
In addition, Sizemore was charged on a Clay District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence – second offense and numerous other violations. He was lodged in the Laurel County correctional center.
