Barbourville man arrested after police say he allegedly harassed a woman while exposed himself

21 year old Thomas Brandon Warren of Barbourville was arrested at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 1. A 79 year old woman is accusing Warren of harassing her with explicit questions and exposing himself to her earlier in the day. During his arrest, Warren claimed he “didn’t do anything.”


The incident is said to have occurred around 8 a.m. along a section of Old Ky 25E with the accuser ing that Warren followed her from Messer’s Gas Station and began asking her “sexually explicit questions.” She asked repeatedly to be left alone but he continued to follow as she walked. Warren then grabbed her by the waist and attempted to force her behind a building while asking more sexually graphic questions.


The victim attempted to enter a store along Ky Hwy 225 but the establishment was closed; she then approached a neighboring residence. Warren is accused of then following her on the porch and attempting to pull her pants off before exposing himself to her, saying to “join him in the bushes.” Warren fled when the homeowner opened the door after the victim’s repeated knocking.


Warren was later arrested by Trooper Wilson from the Kentucky State Police. He is lodged in the Knox County Ky Detention Center charged with:

Harassment with physical contact,

Menacing, and

Indecent Exposure - 2nd degree.


He is being held on a $2,500 cash bond.
