From The Bell County Sheriff's Department -
On Tuesday night March 12, 2019 Bell County Dispatch received a call of a burglary in progress at a residence in the Arjay Community off of Wiser Branch. Responding to the scene was Bell County Deputy Patrick Brooks assisted by Deputy Jake Perry.
Once on scene the deputies made contact with the caller who believed the suspect was still inside the residence. Upon entry into the home, Deputy Brooks found 41 year old Bridgette Dixon inside a room.
An adjacent house also owned by the caller, was found to have property set outside a back window of the home and there had been property removed from an out building.
Based on the investigation, Bridgett Dixon was arrested and lodged in the Bell County Detention Center charged with two counts of burglary - 2nd degree and one count of burglary - 3rd degree.
