On Tuesday, February 16, 2021, Kentucky State Police Trooper Sidney Wagner arrested a Corbin man at the Trillium Center on a sexual offense warrant taken out by Detective Jacob Wilson.
According to the criminal complaint, 21 year old Devin Disney is alleged to have engaged in ”deviate sexual intercourse” with his 9 year old female cousin at his home in Knox County. The incident is alleged to have taken place in November of 2020. The warrant also states that Disney admitted to performing the act.
Devin Disney was lodged in the Knox County Ky. Detention Center charged with one count of Sodomy – 1st degree – victim under the age of 12. He is being held on a $100,00 cash bond.
Sodomy in the first degree victim under twelve years old is a Class A felony. A Class A felony is a prison sentence of at least 20 but not more than 50 years or for life.
