Drug activity call leads to four arrests in Knox County

From The Knox County Ky Sheriff's Department -

On Monday, May 6, 2019 at approximately 1:40 am Knox County Deputies Mikey Ashurst and Bobby Jones responded to a residence on Johnson Hollow Road after receiving information of drug activity at that address.


After conducting an investigation, the deputies located two plastic bags containing suspected methamphetamine, a plastic bag of suspected marijuana, several syringes, a set of digital scales and a 22 caliber rifle.

Joseph R Middleton age 39 of Gray, KY was arrested and charged with Trafficking in Controlled Substance-1st Degree (methamphetamine), Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Degree, Possession of Marijuana-less than 8 ounces, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon.



Jade Carrol age 20 of Gray, KY was arrested and charged with Trafficking in Controlled Substance-1st Degree (methamphetamine), Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Degree, Trafficking in Marijuana-less than 8 ounces and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.





Heather Mills age 29 of Knoxville, TN was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.








Charles Garland age 28 of Gray, KY arrested on a Kentucky Parole Board Warrant for a Parole Violation.










Joseph Middleton, Jade Carrol, Heather Mills, and Charles Garland were lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
