On Monday evening August 19, 2019 at 5:00pm Middlesboro Police Officer Michael Bradley arrested 49 year old Jerry Dean Robinson with last known address of Middlesboro, but he is considered homeless.
The arrest at the Kentucky Fried Chicken parking lot on Cumberland Avenue and Highway 25E was the result of several charges being lodged against Robinson for activity throughout the day.
According to a citation from Middlesboro Police Officer Robin Venable, Dean is charged with, and admitted to, stealing a Ford F150 from the Middlesboro Airport parked inside a secure fenced area then running through two fences - one the airport's the other a residence.
Later in the day, Officer Michael Bradley who recently arrested Robinson for stealing a bicycle in July of this year, states in a citation that Robinson made his way to the vicinity of the Middlesboro ARH Hospital where he is accused of stealing another vehicle. The vehicle contained a handgun, shotgun, and tools.
Robinson finally ended up at the KFC parking lot and was seen on video attempting to enter a blue PT Cruiser belonging to an individual from Pineville. Officer Bradley states in both of his citations that Robinson is a convicted felon.
Jerry Dean Robinson was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center charged with three counts of theft by unlawful taking (auto) $500 or more but under $10,000, criminal mischief - 3rd degree, 2 counts of theft by unlawful taking - firearm, and 3 counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
He has no bond as of this story.
