UPDATE - Family of Robert Perkins and Kentucky State Police tell us that he was found safe in Greeneville, Tennessee.

53-year-old Robert L. Perkins of Harlan County was last seen by his wife in Morristown, Tennessee on January 22, 2022, according to a family member that has contacted WRIL.
Robert is approximately 5'11" 250lbs with dark brown hair. His family is not sure what he was last seen wearing.
