Incident as a juvenile carries over as an adult

A now 18 year old woman is facing a charge of assault 1st degree and tampering with physical evidence. At the time of the incident in January of this year, then 17 year old Tamara Jackson of Middlesboro was a juvenile.

Kentucky State statute requires in a case like this that the details of the incident remain sealed other than what will currently be presented in court.

Friday morning March 16, 2019 Jackson was brought to circuit court for an appearance from the Bell County Detention Center where she is being held on a $100,000 cash bond. She plead not guilty.
