A Knox County inmate is on the run Tuesday morning April 23, 2019.
Officials said Kristopher Denham escaped around 10:50 a.m. last seen running in the Evergreen/Himyar area near the Flat Lick Elementary School.
Authorities were notified. They do not consider Denham dangerous.
Denham is about 5'6" and weighs about 165 pounds. He was in jail for unpaid fines, contempt of court, failure to appear in court, possession of drug paraphernalia and giving police a fake name and address.
