On August 30, 2022 Deputy Sam Mullins arrested Kenneth Leddington age 50 of Cannon , KY on a Knox County Indictment Warrant for Conspiracy to Traffic in Controlled Substance-1st Degree and Trafficking in Controlled Substance-1st Degree. he was also wanted on Knox County Bench Warrant for Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On August 30, 2022 Deputy Jesse Smith was behind a vehicle that crossed the center line and failed to stop at a traffic light while traveling on US 25E in Barbourville. After conducting a traffic stop, Deputy Smith arrested Tami Bledsoe age 19 of Barbourville, KY charging her with Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence, Reckless Driving and Possession of Marijuana. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On September 2, 2022 Deputy Jesse Smith responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence on Herring Lane in Gray. After contacting the parties involved, Deputy Smith arrested David Lawson age 23 of Gray, KY charging him with Assault-4th Degree. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On September 3, 2022 Deputy Jesse Smith responded to a two vehicle traffic crash on Sam Parker Road in Gray. After conducting an Investigation, Deputy Smith arrested Mathew Abrams age 30 of Corbin, KY charging him with Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On September 6, 2022 Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Valentine Branch Road in Cannon. The driver jumped out of the vehicle and fled on foot. The driver who was recognized to be Dustin Mills, who was wanted on a Kentucky Parole Board Warrant for a Parole Violation. After being apprehended, Dustin Tyler Mills age 24 of Cannon, KY was charged with Fleeing or Evading Police-3rd Degree. While Dustin Mills was being processed at the Knox County Detention Center a plastic bag containing suspected methamphetamine was found hidden inside his rectum. He was then charged with Promoting Contraband and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

On September 8, 2022 Deputy Sam Mullins was dispatched to a complaint of an EPO violation at a residence on Rose Place in Barbourville. After arriving at the residence, Deputy Mullins arrested Johnny P Smith age 34 of Barbourville, KY charging him with Violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO. Johnny Smith was also wanted on a Knox County Arrest Warrant for Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On September 8, 2022 Deputy Jesse Smith responded to a complaint of a female acting strange on Noahville Lane in Barbourville. When Deputy Smith arrived he observed a female digging in the dirt at a residence where the home owner did not know her. Deputy Smith arrested Loren Gray age 29 of Barbourville, KY charging her with Drinking Alcoholic Beverage in Public. Loren Gray was wanted on a Knox County Bench Warrant for a Contempt of Court charge. She was also wanted on a Whitley County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on Public Intoxication/Controlled Substance and Contempt of Court charges. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On September 8, 2022 Deputy Jesse Smith arrested Emily Roberts age 18 of Manchester, KY on a Clay County Arrest Warrant for Harassing Communications. She was also wanted on a Madison County Arrest Warrant for Falsely Reporting an Incident and Tampering with Physical Evidence. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On September 9, 2022 Deputy Bobby Jones arrested Lawanna A Brock age 53 of Jacksboro, TN on two Whitley County Indictment Warrants for Theft by Failure to Make Required Disposition of Property, two counts of Forgery of a Prescription, two counts of Wanton Endangerment-1st Degree, Persistent Felony Offender, Assuming False Title to Obtain Controlled Substance and Practicing Medicine/Ostepathy Without License. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On September 9, 2022 Deputy Jesse Smith responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence on Hawe Street in Corbin. After contacting the parties involved, Deputy Smith arrested Shaline Lavette age 32 of Corbin, KY charging her with Assault-4th Degree. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On September 9, 2022 Deputies received a complaint of a disturbance at a residence on Collins Fork Road involving Randy Rice, who was manifestly under the influence. Knox Dispatch also advised there were three active warrants on Rice. When deputies arrived, Randy Rice attempted to flee on foot. When he was apprehended, he became combative and had had to be subdued.
Randy Rice age 45 of Green Road, KY was arrested and charged with Fleeing or Evading Police-2nd Degree, Resisting and Menacing. He was also wanted on a Knox County Bench Warrant for failure to pay the fines on Public Intoxication/Controlled Substance sand Menacing, a Laurel County Arrest Warrant for Possession of a Handgun by Convicted Felon and Public Intoxication/Controlled Substance and a Pulaski County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on a Criminal Trespass-3rd Degree charge. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
