On November 24, 2020, at approximately 1:45 am Deputy Bobby Jones arrested Lindsey Saylor age 25 of Flat Lick, KY on three Bell County Bench Warrants for failure to appear on Burglary-2nd Degree, two counts of Trafficking in Controlled Substance-1st Degree, Engaging in Organized Crime and Criminal Mischief-3rd Degree. Lindsey Saylor was also wanted on a Woodford County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Degree, Possession of Controlled Substance-3rd Degree, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges.
Deputy Jones also arrested Janet Saylor age 47 of Flat Lick, KY on two Bell County Bench Warrants for failure to appear on two counts of Receiving Stolen Property-under $10,000. They were lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On November 26, 2020, Deputy Jesse Smith arrested Anthony Mills age 22 of Flat Lick, KY on three Knox County Bench Warrants for failure to pay the fines on Leaving Scene of Accident, Driving on DUI Suspended License, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence, No Insurance, Failure to Register Transfer of Motor Vehicle and Possession of Controlled Substance-2nd Degree. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On November 27, 2020, Deputy Mike Broughton arrested Brenda S Martinez age 64 of Middlesboro, KY on a Bell County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on six traffic violations including Speeding and Improper Passing charges. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On November 27, 2020, Deputy Bobby Jones was dispatched to a domestic violence complaint at a residence on Elk River Court in Gray. After making contact with the couple and conducting an investigation, Deputy Jones arrested Jonathan E Wilder age 30 of Gray, KY charging him with Assault-4th Degree. Jonathan Wilder was also wanted on a Knox County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on an Assault-4th Degree charge. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center
On November 27, 2020, SGT Carl Frith arrested Angela Siliznoff age 42 of Barbourville, KY on a Knox County Arrest Warrant for Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle and Assault-4th Degree. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On November 29, 2020, Deputy Jesse Smith arrested Dylan G Brown age 28 of Bimble, KY charging him with two counts of Burglary-2nd Degree. The arrest was the result of Deputy Smith’s investigation into the burglary of a cabin and a residence on HWY 718 Flat Lick. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On December 4, 2020, Deputy Jesse Smith arrested Jimmy P McNeil age 55 of Corbin, KY on a Knox County Arrest Warrant for Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition-over $500. McNeil was also wanted on a Knox County Bench Warrant for failure to pay the fine on an Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence charge. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On December 5, 2020, at approximately 5:00 am while patrolling in the Flat Lick area Deputies Bobby Jones and Jesse Smith conducted a traffic stop on Highway 3085. The driver was arrested and charged with Operating on Suspended or Revoked Operators License, Rear License Not Illuminated, and No Registration Receipt. During the arrest a small plastic bag containing suspected methamphetamine was located, Woolum was then charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center
On December 6, 2020, Deputy Elijah Brought arrested Tara Hines age 30 of Artemus, KY on a Knox County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on a Public Intoxication/Controlled Substance charge. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
