UPDATE: Middlesboro Police say that Kyle Wiggins contacted another police agency to say he is safe.

Middlesboro Police need the public's help locating Kyle Wiggins. He was last seen on July 8, 2022, in the area of Willow street close to Binghamtown 4-way.
Kyle Wiggins is 5’ 11” tall, weighs approximately 180 pounds, has short brown hair, green eyes and has a short beard/goatee.
He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, blue shorts and carrying a black skateboard and a camouflage backpack.
