On Friday June 19, 2020 a Miracle Kentucky man was arrested on a sexual offense involving an under age victim.
According to the Kentucky State Police citation from Trooper Wilson, 49 year old Dexter W. Ramsey was arrested at 11:30pm in Pineville for rape 3rd degree and unlawful transaction with a minor - 1st degree illegal controlled substance under 18 years of age.
The citation states that Ramsey admitted to the act with the 16 year old victim after the two were drinking and also smoking marijuana while riding in his truck.
Dexter Ramsey was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.
