Bell County Deputy Jody Risner has charged a Pineville man with a sexual offense.
On Wednesday, July 5, 2023 the Deputy Risner lodged 19-year-old Zackery Tyler Moore in the Bell County Detention Center after charging him with Sodomy - 1st degree - victim under the age of 12-years old. He is alleged to have engaged in deviate sexual intercourse with one incapable of consent due to the victim's age.
The deputy states that the act took place in Bell County two years ago, but was just reported to the Sheriff's Department in May of this year.
Zackery Moore is being held on a $250,000 cash bond.
