When the man arrived, Corbin Police said Rose got in the passenger seat and Collins got in the back seat. Collins then allegedly pulled out a knife and demanded the victim drive them somewhere.

The victim was able to get out of the car before the two drove off, police said. After officers tracked down the car on Ott Road in Knox County, the duo ran off on foot.

Corbin Police later found Rose. London Police arrested Collins on a separate charge Wednesday February 13, 2019.

While questioning Rose, she told police the two drove to the Speedy Mart in a car that turned out to be stolen as well.

Collins and Rose were charged with first-degree robbery, receiving stolen property under $10,000 and fleeing or evading police on foot. Collins is in the Laurel County Detention Center, while Rose is in the Knox County Detention Center.
