On Wednesday, February 8, 2023, Knox County Deputy Jeremiah Williamson arrested 25-year-old Anthony J Mills of Scalf, KY on a Knox County Arrest Warrant for Burglary-2nd Degree, Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition-over $10,000 and Criminal Mischief-1st Degree.
The arrest warrant was the result of Knox County Sheriff’s Office Detective Andrew Wilson’s investigation into a burglary and criminal mischief involving over $25,000 in damage to a residence on KY 718 in Scalf that occurred on September 1, 2022.
Mills was wanted on another Knox County Arrest Warrant for Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition-over $1000. This arrest warrant was the result of an investigation by SGT Bobby Jones into a theft of a motorcycle from a residence on Salt Gum Road in Scalf that occurred on November 11, 2022.
Anthony Mills was also wanted on two Knox County Bench Warrants for failure to appear on Possession of Controlled Substance-2nd Degree and Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition-over $500 charges. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
