Harlan County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested two people on Methamphetamine charges after a traffic stop on Sunday March 10, 2019.
44 year old Tonya Gosnell, of Dayhoit was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine), Tampering with Physical Evidence, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Marijuana.
A passenger in the vehicle, 31 year old Tommy Chasteen, of Wallins was also arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Harlan Police Department.
