Captain Joe Holder tells WRIL that Othello Neace has been located by the police department. The Middlesboro Police Department would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating Mr. Neace.

Missing from Generations Center in Middlesboro. Mr. Othello Neace. Mr. Neace left the Generations Center this morning, he was on foot.
It was reported by Generations staff that Mr. Neace was wearing dark clothing. Mr. Neace has a mental disability. If seen please contact the Middlesboro Police Department at 606-248-3636.
