From Kentucky State Police Post 10 -
On Friday, January 19, 2024 Post 10 Harlan received a call from a Knox Co family reporting a family member missing. Trooper Knight responded and began an investigation.
Family members stated their last contact with 53-year-old Charles Robert “Bobby” Smith was in early December 2023. Smith is described as 5’8, 225 lbs, brown eyes, and bald with a Goatee. Smith was last seen on Sasser Branch located in Knox County off of Ky 1803.
KSP is asking for assistance locating Mr. Smith. If you have seen Charles Smith or know his whereabouts, please contact Post 10 Harlan at 606-573-3131.
Tpr. Knight is continuing the investigation.
