Early Sunday morning January 6, 2019 Middlesboro Officer Joel Quillen responded to a complaint call that a man identified as 35 year old Roger Reeves of Middlesboro, was in the back yard of a residence on 22nd Street.
The caller stated that Reeves was beating on his door trying to get into the home. While Officer Quillen was attempting to locate Reeves, he ran into the police station and told dispatcher Clay Hurd that he was being chased.
Quillen states that Reeves was exhibiting signs of Methamphetamine use and created a public alarm.
Roger Reeves was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
